Recipe - Pan Fried Fillets PDF Print

The following recipie will contain no bones if the Carp is filleted correctly.

Pan Fried Fillets

Ingredients

Fillets of Carp 200 gramms per person
Plain flour hand full
Salt good teaspoon full or to taste
Pepper Teaspoon full or to taste
Butter Dessert spoon full
Cooking oil Enough to cover hot plate

Method

  1. Start to heat the hot plate / pan.
  2. Place the flour, salt and pepper into a plastic bag or container and skake to mix evenly.
  3. Take the Carp rib fillets and slice them into small strips like your small finger and place them into the plastic bag with the flour salt and pepper. Shake to cover the fillet pieces.
  4. Place the butter onto the hot plate or pan and then pour in the oil and mix together.
  5. Place the Carp pieces on into the hot oil and cook quickly until sealed on one side and then turn to cook the other side.
  6. Cook until crispy and then remove and drain on paper towel so as to remove any excessive oil.
